How do I join Urban Tails Rewards?

Create a free account and you're in — there's nothing extra to sign up for. If you already have an account with us, you're already a member.

How do I earn points?

You earn points when you shop with us, and you can pick up bonus points for referring a friend, leaving a review and adding your pet's birthday. Sign in to see everything currently on offer.

Where do I see my points balance?

Your balance appears on this page once you're signed in, and in the rewards launcher at the corner of every page.

How do I use my points?

Redeem your points for a reward from your account, then apply it at checkout. Your discount is applied to the order total before shipping and taxes.

Do my points expire?

Points stay in your account as long as it's active. If an expiry period ever applies, we'll show it in your rewards dashboard and let you know by email first.

Do in-store purchases count?

Let us know at the till which account is yours and we'll make sure your visit is credited to it.
