Urban Tails Where Happy Pets Shop was founded in 2022 with a simple idea: create a local pet store where pets come first and their people feel right at home.
Built by animal lovers, for animal lovers, we set out to offer thoughtfully selected products, trusted grooming services, and the kind of friendly, knowledgeable experience you can only get from a neighbourhood pet shop.
Since opening our doors, Urban Tails has grown into more than a place to shop. We've become part of a community of pet parents, rescue organizations, local partners, and plenty of four-legged regulars we know by name.
