Shipping

FREE DELIVERY is available Winnipeg city wide for orders totalling $100 or more before taxes. 

 

 Same day delivery may be available for orders placed before noon weekdays.  Please confirm availability prior to finalizing order.  

 

Orders under $100 before taxes are subject to a delivery fee of $7.99.

 

Secured deliveries are delivered to a specific person who must be home to accept the order and provide a security PIN for delivery.  Please note that if the person is not home or does not have the PIN when the drivers arrive the order will not be delivered and is subject to a $20  redelivery fee.

 

Unsecured deliveries are those delivered to the address specified and left unsecured in the area requested.  A photo proving delivery is taken by the driver at the time of delivery.  Once delivered we assume no legal responsibility for any lost or stolen orders.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of the consumable products we sell within 60 days subject to the following conditions:

 

All returns require a receipt;

 

Edible  products returned must be at least half full;

 

No refunds or exchanges on toys, bedding, surgical wear or outerwear, unless defective;

 

All sale and clearance items are final sale; and

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable,
