Urban Tails - Where Happy Pets Shop! was founded in 2022 by animal lovers who wanted to create a pet store focused on providing high-quality products and services, while fostering a sense of community among pet owners. Today, we continue to uphold these values and are proud to be a trusted name in the pet industry.

Every Animal Deserves Love
We believe that our companion animals are family. That means they deserve to be loved, protected and nurtured for their entire lives. Everyone deserves a forever home.
We believe that what we feed our pets significantly affects their health and longevity. As a result, we only sell products that we would feed our own pets. That means NONE of our products contain animal by-products, artificial preservatives or flavouring and we DO NOT sell rawhide.
Our pets are all unique. Some have allergies, health and behavioural issues and we are here to help you make the best decisions for your pet.
Being proactive with health is important. Supplements can be very beneficial and we offer an extensive selection for all types of health and behavioural issues.
We believe that our customers deserve the best service. That means friendly, attentive and educated staff.
For as long as there are animals in shelters, we strongly encourage adoption. Sadly, in Manitoba, our local animal rescues and shelters are over run with homeless animals. Without homes, these animals face sad and tragic lives through no fault of their own. We actively work with and support a number of rescues in our community an offer adopters FREE ADOPTION STARTER KITS to welcome their new family member!
